Cedric is a chef who is passionate about gastronomy and wants to share this with others.
Already hugely experienced and rich in culinary knowledge, Cedric has always had a thirst for learning. He has decided, with the opening of Secrets de Cuisine to make his knowledge accessible to all.
Cedric discovered his calling and passion for cooking when he entered Hotel School in Gers at the age of 14. After successfully passing a CAP, BEP and Professional Baccaulareate, he spent seven years working in Michelin-starred restaurants alongside such renowned chefs such as Yannick Delpech at “L’Amphitryon” and Raymond Blanc at “Le Manoir au Quatre Saisons” in Great Milton, England. He also worked on cruise ships including “Seven Seas Voyager”, which was elected as the best small cruise ship in the world.
